Hotel Policies

• Check-In: 4 pm.
• Check-Out: 11am.
• Rates: All rates are based on 2-person occupancy. Additional charges of $15 (plus applicable taxes) per person per room will apply.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation for no charge 3 days prior to your arrival. Please note after this deadline we will charge you the first night’s room rent plus applicable taxes.
• Group Reservations: When you make your reservation under a group booking we will charge your credit card a prepayment equivalent to the first night’s room rent .
• Changes: Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
• All rooms are non-smoking. A $200 fee is assessed for smoking in a guest room.
• On-Site Parking is limited to one parking space per room.
• No pets allowed except certified service animals only. A $100 pet cleaning fee will apply. Undisclosed pets in rooms will also incur a $100 pet cleaning fee.
